Rudi and I got married over five years ago on December 27th. At our wedding we had a guest book for guests to sign, as weddings typically do. After the wedding, friends gathered our belongings from the church (including our wedding guest book). However, along with the wedding guest book, some well-meaning friend accidentally picked up the church's church guest book (it is ivory and gold and says "our church guests" on the front cover). We have had the church guest book for over 5 years. I meant to mail it back to the church (since we didn't live in the same state as the church where we were married) shortly after the wedding. However, we are not good at mailing things, so it never got done. Then, we even moved to the state where we got married and lived 30 minutes away from that church. I carried the church guest book around in the trunk of my car for 3 years while we lived there, hoping to drop it off when I was visiting friends near the church. I was in the area a few times, but never dropped off the guest book. Now we live on Guam and I mailed the guest book to the church today. I hope they didn't miss it too much.
